The US3 (Universal Systems Support Services) architecture is the heart of the ToolCASE product line. It provides powerful paging and escalation features that are simply not available anywhere else. The US3 architecture is shared by all the ToolCASE products, and can be extended easily using the built-in APIs to allow our systems to accept signals from monitoring packages already installed in your business, or we can reverse the flow, and send signals that we detect into a signal management system you already have (like HP OpenView).
